DSA has an immediate need for a PAID intern/co-op to join our IT department in our Fairfax office located at 10300 Client Place Fairfax VA. We are looking for a self-directed IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with the IT team.
DurationDuration is >4 months or based on candidate's academic calendar and availability. We are looking for an intern/co-op to start immediately.
ResponsibilitiesThe Intern will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and advise users on the appropriate actions as well as configure and deploy new equipment.
RequirementsCurrently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT related field
Familiar with PDF, Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows 10-11 is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail and organized
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
