Position OverviewRole: IT/Technical Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically with cleared resources
Work Arrangement: 80% remote, with occasional on-site visits to customer locations (20% travel)
ResponsibilitiesConduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
Utilize sophisticated applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements
Perform targeted boolean searches and leverage job boards effectively
Successfully recruit military personnel and place staff with clearances
QualificationsRecruiting Experience: 2 years (minimum)
Remote Work: At least 1 year of remote work experience
US Citizenship and the ability to be cleared with the DOD.
Applicant Tracking System: Proficiency with a robust ATS
Familiarity with JobDiva desired
Military Experience is highly desired
