Thriving Fintech is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics to head strategic pricing initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to develop strategies and drive pricing decisions that maximize value and enable winning customers.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Pricing:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for optimal profitability and competitiveness.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer segments.

Effective Communication:

• Influence strategic decisions by communicating pricing insights to senior leadership.

Algorithm Refinement:

• Continuously enhance our proprietary pricing algorithm using strong analytical and coding skills.
• Evaluate pricing impact through simulations.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Align pricing strategies with business objectives by collaborating with Underwriting, Sales, and Finance.
• Partner with Technology for successful implementation.
• Mentor a team of data scientists.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in pricing analytics for fintech or credit products.

Additional Skills:

• Small business lending knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and Python (JavaScript experience a plus).
