Hiring for a Private Equity Firm seeking to add an Engagement Manager to their team.

In this role you will:

-Be responsible for delivery of advisory projects, lead project teams of 2-4 Associates, and drive collaboration across various levels of portfolio companies.

-Play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business performance strategies.

-Create solutions that have a positive impactand deliver sustainable results.

-Gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations to present to senior management.

Key Criteria:

-Deep expertise in sectors such as industrials, manufacturing, energy, consumer, or PE.

-Track record of high performance and substantial achievements in project leadership.

-Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record.
