Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

Conduct market research on digital platform trends relevant to our target audience and provide insights.

Create compelling content for marketing materials such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.

Support social media account management by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.

Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for review.

Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Stay current with marketing best practices.

Provide general administrative support to the training team as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with marketing tools and software.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and think outside the box.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Availability to work at least 25 hours per week for 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
