Job Summary :

• Job Title : Asphalt Logistics Assistant
• Full Time / Direct Hire located in Post Falls, ID
• Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills necessary
• Multitasking ability, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines are crucial
• Must be independent and resourceful with problem-solving abilities
• Work involves normal concentration / intensity, memory, decision-making, and physical mobility
• Must be dedicated to producing error-free, accurate work, and have a bias for action
• Personal growth mindset, ability to learn from mistakes, and continuous improvement sought
• Duties include assisting with communication on trailer repairs, understanding truck regulations, loading and scaling trucks, rail car unloading, maintaining safety training documentation, and assisting with truck dispatching and logistics
• Must actively participate in safety training, maintain driver information, ensure systems are up-to-date, and assist with various projects
• Must foster development through feedback, coaching, and mentoring and embrace and drive change
• Location-specific : Applicants must be within 20-30 minutes of plant location and able to be on call when needed
• No relocation offerings, must already be located within 30 minutes of the plant.
