Spencer Thomas Group is Hiring a Payroll analyst Near Miami, FL
Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice a U.S. ADP Vantage Payroll Analyst .
Responsibilities :
Assist client in payroll processing and related activities on their ADP Vantage and Smart Compliance platform.
Knowledge around documenting standard payroll process and areas of improvement, including resolving issues with taxes.
Share best practices around tax setups, procedures and processes, as well as tax impacts on general ledger.
Strong in multi-state payrolls.
3 - 5 years of experience using ADP Vantage is a huge plus!
The ability to process new hires and understand end to end payroll.
Ability to setup taxes for new states.
This is a hybrid role, during onboarding, M-F in the office for the first month. Eventually can have every other Th / F as remote days.
Required Qualification(s) :
Must be familiar with ADP Vantage and ADP smart compliance and deep knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes.
Must have experience working with ADP Vantage and have knowledge around payroll processing. Would be helpful to have relative agencies to resolve issues and errors on behalf of the client.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Friendly, easy to work with and great customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualification(s) :
Experience with ADP Vantage and ADP Smart Compliance.
Duration : This is a direct hire role with an immediate start date for the right candidate.
Full Time.
Working Hours :
This role is based on the East coast time zone, East of Orlando
Ideal candidate, would be local to Orlando area or willing to travel to Orlando.
