Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of complex laboratory tests on patient samples to provide accurate and timely results for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform analysis of various biological specimens using sophisticated laboratory equipment
• Interpret and report test results to healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and results obtained
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control procedures and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
