Job Title: Perm RN Oncology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in oncology to join our team on a permanent basis. The Perm RN Oncology will be responsible for providing patient care, administering treatment, and offering emotional support to cancer patients and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for oncology patients
• Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
• Monitor patients' conditions and assess any changes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documents
• Stay current on advancements in oncology care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Certification in oncology nursing highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
