Job title: Perm RN Wound Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Perm RN Wound Care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with acute and chronic wounds in a compassionate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting thorough wound assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Administering wound care treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Providing education to patients and their families on proper wound care techniques
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of wound healing
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Certification in wound care management preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
