Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall condition2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians3. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results4. Monitor and adjust ventilator settings for patients requiring mechanical ventilation5. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans6. Educate patients and their families on the patient's condition and treatment plan7. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families8.
