Job Title: RN Pediatric, Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a clinic setting. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families on treatments and disease management
• Assist healthcare providers with procedures and exams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing
• BLS certification required, PALS certification preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
