Job Description : We seek Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our dynamic team. As a CHHA with Anchor Health, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Could you help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation?
- Escort clients to appointments and outings as needed.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Requirements :
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aid (PCA).
- Annual Physical & PPD / QuauntiFERON
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
