Sales/Customer Service

_Responsibilities:
_- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services for sales efforts
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

_Experience:
_- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
