Responsibilities

• Comply with all the Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor polices and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks to established standards
• Carry out such checks and measurements as required to assure quality
• Read and interpret quality standards
• Proper use of ERP System for logging of time, jobs, and quality checks
• Clean assigned work area at the end of each shift. (Sweep/Mop and remove all excess items.
• Report time in an accurate manner
• Operate machinery safely; report safety problems immediately
• Follow all PPE requirements
• Report to lead person/Supervisor/Manager of any non-conforming issues immediately and follow these steps; Stop – Notify – Contain – Sort.
• All positions are cross functional; may assist in other manufacturing areas that management deems necessary.

Must have a High School Diploma

Must be able to read and speak English fluently

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to work in variable weather conditions

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Previous welding experience preferred
