This position is in a warehouse / plant environment. No glass experience required, however, previous construction experience is a plus.

As a trainee, you will be trained to fabricate most residential glass products, including (but not limited to) mirror, glass, and metal framing.

What you will be doing :

• Cut and fabricate custom frames and glass
• Assist with receiving of glass, metal and shop supplies
• Assist Technicians with loading of glass, frames, doors and hardware
• Assist in maintaining all shop equipment and tools

What you need for this position :

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good math skills
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction practices
• Proficient in the use of tape measures
• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Experience in the glass or glazing industry, residential or commercial a plus
