Front of House / Hospitality Manager
As a Hospitality Manager, you'll be responsible for:
-Opening and Closing the Restaurant as needed.
-Communicating and Backing up all Store Manager Goals and initiatives- Be Ready if Cody is on vacation, leaves etc. Ask Questions, know your Sales.
-Overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server Team Member execution and overall performance.
-Delegate using Bar Manager, Assistant Mgr, you can’t do it all yourself
-Check Server Schedules, Bar Schedule unless a Bar Manager is present. Work with all Servers and Bartenders to create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Goals.
-You will STAFF Properly for any sporting events, upcoming reservations and busy shifts ahead. This includes knowing calendar and reservation book events.
-It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans.
*This includes following up with the GM and Kitchen Manager as needed to fix service issues
-You'll lead the sports bar's in-house marketing initiatives and execute our rewards program including Suggestive Selling
-Cleanliness of Bathrooms, Doors, Windows, Outside and Dining Room Appearance: Floors, Bar Clean w/ Bar Mgr, Bathrooms, Table layout(wobbles) etc.
-You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
-You'll be working for the Creator of the Original Buffalo Chicken Wing
-As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager, you'll be eligible for monthly and quarterly bonuses
