Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Duties
- Computerize and maintain office documents and records
- Proofread various documents for accuracy
- Organize and file paperwork both physically and digitally
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Provide personal assistant support to executives
- Perform medical receptionist duties if required

Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.27 - $21.63 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
