Andalusia Manor is looking for a temporary maintenance assistant with good work ethics. Need to be able to perform basic preventative maintenance including painting, drywall patching, moving and assembling furniture, hanging televisions, climbing ladders and any additional maintenance work. Will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with any request related to maintenance of facility.

Must be able to:

• Climb ladders, lift objects,operate equipment & tools
• Be responsive and timely to requests made by Maintenance Supervisor
• Have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Complete work with a high level of quality and reliability
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism during interactions with staff & residents
• Ability to work in a team setting

Shift:

8 hour shifts

Mornings or Afternoons ( if attending College)

Monday- Friday
