WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement The In-Home Design Consultant plays a crucial role in providing personalized and professional consultations to homeowners, offering tailored solutions for their home improvement needs. This position involves conducting in-home consultations to understand the customers' requirements, present product options, and guide them through the sales process. The Design Consultant effectively communicates the value of Renewal by Andersen products and services, ultimately driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our company is growing, so we're looking to add a sales professional in the Lebanon area who's looking for a work environment that's less about corporate process and more about enhancing the customer experience, making sales goals and having fun in the process! On average our consultants earn about $225K/year. We run 10am, 2pm, and 6pm appointments 5 days a week (Saturdays Included). JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations Measuring windows & doors, analyzing the home improvement project and answering construction related questions Following up on quotes and completed jobs Making follow up calls on past customers, managing notes on customer interactions Seeking out referrals from customers and community contacts Track and monitor performance against quotas Communicating job details to team members. REQUIRED SKILL: 3 years experience in sales Ability to think critically and solve problems Self-starter, motivated to succeed An interest in home improvement, remodeling Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through.
