Job Description

I have the pleasure of working with a client represents acclaimed beauty, health and wellness brands on online marketplaces. They are seeking a NetSuite Administrator / Accounting professional to work alongside of their IT and Accounting department.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day administration of the Netsuite accounting system (user security, accounting period control, reporting customization, implementation of new divisions, implementation of new integrations.
• Work with the AP and AR Manager to improve workflow between systems.
• Work with IT on the flow of data from source systems into NetSuite.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience
• 3 years with Netsuite experience
• Must have experience with integrations between netsuite and other systems (WMS, ecommerce, marketplaces, bill.com,etc)
