At Anderson & Labovitz, we are skilled lawyers providing reliable, strategic and zealous representation on behalf of clients in Western Pennsylvania in the areas of Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Business Law, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, HOA Law, and Bankruptcy.
Job Description: We are looking for an attorney to meet with clients (primarily individuals and small business owners) and go to court. We are looking for a candidate to assist us with civil litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, defamation, HOA law and real estate litigation. We want a candidate who likes interacting with people, projects confidence, and who possesses strong analytical and writing skills. Must be licensed in Pennsylvania. Duties include, but are not limited to, legal research; drafting letters, pleadings and briefs; taking and defending depositions; drafting and answering discovery; trial preparation; and trial assistance.
