IT Staffing Sales Lead - Market Opener - Charlotte, NC

They are looking for a true IT Staffing Hunter to lead sales. Open to selling VMS or direct relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a start-up or turn-around environment. This can grow nationally. Come build great client relationships through consultative selling, client site meetings, sales presentations, and regular entertainment such as lunches/dinners, sporting events, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, market, and effectively present IT Staffing services to new clients
• Penetrate new business through in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives
• Generate new business through telephone calls and participation in networking organizations/events
• Successfully expand and maintain existing client base
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business

Minimum Requirements

• Proven IT Staffing business development experience
• Key traits: Energetic, Type A, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented/money motivated, a strong desire to succeed, hunter.
• Experience breaking and developing accounts
