P/T Unarmed Security Officer - High End North Scottsdale Gated Community

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 5:15am- 5:15pm

Compensation:$21.12 / hr.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Unarmed Security Officer to join our TEAM at one of the most exclusive gated communities in North Scottsdale. As the Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding one of our premier clients' property. Additionally, the Unarmed Security Officer will monitor gate access and cameras within the premises.

Duties and Skills:

• Controls Access to the community, screens visitors, assists visitors and employees to gain entrance into the community in an efficient manner to expedite entrance into the facility.
• Provides friendly, "white glove" customer service to guests, vendors, and country club members encountered on post. 
• Monitors entry and exit points, operates gates, and examines vehicles contents.
• Monitors remote areas using closed-circuit television, operates remote access devices.
• Provides a level of confidence in which residents, employees, and visitors feel that their needs are being provided in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicates in a professional manner.
• Identification of safety hazards

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a valid Unarmed Security Guard License in Arizona (We can help with this!)
• Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Possess the minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal form.
• Must have a competent ability use computer and tablet.
