Job Description
Seeking an enthusiastic, welcoming, personable candidate that enjoys engaging with patients. As a staff member, you will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to assist in keeping our clinic run smoothly and efficiently in order to keep our patients well cared for. Good communication skills and overall positive outlook is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet patients. Update demographics in our EMR system. Answer phones, triage calls for our providers, and take messages.
Schedule patient appointments. Collect copays, etc.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in healthcare or related fields
Experience with Electronic medical records (EMR)
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish-English) Required
