Andover Rehab Center is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near North Andover, MA

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a caring and dedicated RN Unit Manager to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
Each RN Unit Manager team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The RN Unit Manager will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.
Some responsibilities that come with working as the RN Unit Manager...
  • Complete RN assessments and documentation.
  • Investigate resident accidents/incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
  • Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.
