Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet the needs of clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Assist clients with claims and policy changes
- Provide support in benefits administration and sales administration
- Utilize telemarketing and market research strategies to reach potential clients
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in analyzing clients' needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of retail sales practices is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
