Introduction:

This HR Specialist role works closely with senior leadership while also enhancing HR processes throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview Candidates for open positions.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as point-of-contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Utilizing Paychex, process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Create and enhance HR Policies & Procedures.
• Identify HR process improvements where technology can be enhanced or implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree [Preferred].
• At least 2-years of related experience.
• Recruiting and Payroll Processing experience [Required].
• Paychex experience [Preferred].
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Advanced).
• Resourcefulness, fearlessness, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational and project management skills.

Compensation Benefits:

This HR Specialist opportunity offers a Base Salary to $80,000 DOE 15% Bonus potential. Benefits include, but are not limited to:

Work Arrangement Travel:

This HR Specialist position is On-Site. The organization does provide strong flexibility of schedule and the ability to work Remote should the need arise. No travel is required.
