Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Andronaco Industries in Kentwood, MI. This position will be responsible for the handling of IT related support, maintenance, and technical issues. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills who can work well with a team or independently.

Qualifications

While working knowledge of each of the following is desired, we are also looking for individuals who are willing to learn and/or excel in one or more of the following categories:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory including Group Policy
• TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
• Sophos XG Firewalls
• Ubiquiti WiFi
• VPN
• Hardware deployment and Support
• Remote support
• Microsoft 365 Suite / Administration
• Salesforce
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Backup, disaster recovery and storage procedures
• VMware
• Linux

Minimum of two years experience as an IT Specialist or related role.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
