ResponsibilitiesInventory count research/investigation and correction
Stocking/retrieving/labeling items
Stage laser, painted, plated, etc. parts for the assembly, material preparation, and fabrication departments
Site organizational rearrangement and general upkeep
Inspect and fuel forklifts
Physical inventory counting
Required SkillsSelf-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
Work well in both team and independent environments
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Valid CA Driver’s License
Basic computer competency
Forklift Experience (preferred, Not Required)Basic understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, Genius
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Ability to read shipping/receiving documentation to ensure accurate receiving
Compensation And BenefitsPosition is hourly, $17-$20/hr, wages based on experience

Today, Andros provides both equipment and services through the three Andros divisions. Ag Equipment divisions manufactures custom and standard irrigation equipment. The Andros Services Division provides recycling and equipment rental services. And the third Andros Division, Research & Development Division, designs and builds unique agricultural equipment to the specifications of a client. Andros Research & Development Division builds equipment not available in market, helping to mechanize labor intensive field operations. Projects have included precision viticulture, field processing automation and precision vegetable production.
