Truck Driver Pay & Bonuses

• Base CPM is based on your overall driving experience
• Competitive Mileage Pay Range $1, to $1, weekly
• Sign-On Bonus - $5,
• Performance Bonuses - mileage, idle, fuel efficiency, extra stops, etc.
• Experience Bonuses - longevity, Hazmat endorsement, veterans, and more
• NEW Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
• Effective immediately, all tarped loads that deliver on or after December 15th through March 15th, and all loads that deliver on or after June 15th through September 15th, will be paid at $.
• All tarped loads that deliver before or after these seasonal time frames, will be paid at the normal rate of $80

Road & Home

• Regional Southern Lanes - deliveries as far south as San Antonio and as far east as Memphis. Most runs are within miles of Dallas.
• Expanded OTR Lanes - wide variety of runs available throughout all of the lower 48
• Dependable Home Time - two full days every 7-10 days
• Rider Policy - after 3 months with Andrus' permission
• Pet Policy - pets are allowed from your first load

Equipment & Support

• New Automatic Trucks Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years
• Fully Loaded with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow
• Personal Fleet Manager you'll be known by name at Andrus and have support where ever you are and whenever you need it

Requirements :

• Valid Class A CDL
• 23 years or older
• 12 months of OTR Experience
• 6 months of Flatbed Experience
• Hazmat Preferred
