  • Establish and implement development processes for mission critical software
  • Define test and simulation environments, incorporating both software- and hardware-in-the-loop methodologies
  • Support end-to-end system delivery, from initial design to manufacturing, deployment, and sustainment
  • Mentor other engineers, including hands-on technical guidance and career development
  • Contribute to both engineering and product documentation
  • Triage product issues and debug, track, and resolve them based on priority
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel may be required approximately 10% of the time for field tests and demos
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in embedded software development in C/C and with RTOS or Linux based systems

  • Expertise in software architectures including concurrency and real-time systems
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in defining and delivering software-enabled capabilities
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and produce detailed technical documentation
  • Team-player, self-motivated, driven, organized
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
