We are seeking a passionate, and energetic, General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true team player, who is dedicated to enhancing our culture, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains cost control procedures through proper sales/labor budgeting and COGs management
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, including maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Lead and motivate our team of passionate staff members, emphasizing the importance of our culture
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, promotions, and current events to engage with guests and create memorable experiences
• Actively engage with guests, gather feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their overall dining experience
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize profitability

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Proven ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, industry trends, and best practices
• Strong financial/business acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Ability to take initiative, make good discretionary decisions
• Performance motivated
• Proper time management

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
