We are seeking a passionate, and energetic, General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true team player, who is dedicated to enhancing our culture, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, including maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Lead and motivate our team of passionate staff members, emphasizing the importance of our culture
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, promotions, and current events to engage with guests and create memorable experiences
- Actively engage with guests, gather feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their overall dining experience
- Minimum of five years restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Proven ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus quarterly profit sharing bonus
