Title : Home Health PT Summer in Maine - Contract

What You’ll Do :

• Work a minimum 13-week contract, 36-40 hours / week during summer months in Maine.
• Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and / or instruction.

• Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client needs.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client’s age, condition, and needs.

What You’ll Bring :

• 1 year of recent home health experience required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current PT license in the State of Maine.
• Current CPR card required.
• A reliable car with insurance.
