Andworx is hiring a Knowledge Management Analyst to work on knowledge management, evaluation, and process re-engineering tasks supporting a federal government agency. You will be joining a high energy, collaborative team helping to design, evaluate and enhance tools, processes, and training.
As a candidate, you should have a background in client interaction and collaborating on solutioning end user needs, analysis, and a passion for enabling customer success. Your experience should include creating and managing documentation, using IT assets to facilitate knowledge sharing, and developing and conducting training.
We're looking for someone who is a hands-on doer that is as comfortable managing requirements gathering and documentation as they are evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and recommending business process improvements to senior stakeholders.
