We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with our HVAC service department. • Assist service coordinator and service billing as needed
• Assist with change orders, contracts, subcontracts, submittals and RFIs
• Assist tracking service and controls projects for the life cycle of the project
• Work closely with the service manager and service project manager and support as needed
• Work within various software programs to manage and track work orders, etc. Skills & Experience:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite (Required)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment Requirements:
• Punctual, courteous, organized and customer service oriented.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to keep accurate and legible daily records.
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
• Travel to Kalamazoo office and Benton Harbor / St Joseph office on occasion
