ANDYS SEASONING INC is Hiring a Production Associate Near St Louis, MO
Position ScheduleThis is a full-time, permanent position, Monday through Friday. A typical workday averages eight hours in length, with occasional Saturdays. 2nd Shift Preferred (11-7:30 p.m.)
Pay Range$17.00 per hour
Major Responsibilities
- Inspect finished goods prior to packaging and assembly.
- Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
- Maintain clean containers, materials, supplies, and work areas.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Sort, measure, weigh, and count products and materials to verify product weights and measurements.
- Achieve numerical packaged case/finished goods targets.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and safety regulations.
- Detailed data entry.
- Ability to learn machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to review work orders and production schedules to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
- Ability to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Possesses time management skills.
- Functions successfully as part of a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent required
ExperienceOne (1) year of experience in production/food manufacturing support role.
