We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control Associate who shares our commitment to innovation and quality. This role is ideal for a trainable and organized individual with a background in chemistry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. The candidate should have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful to meet ever-changing needs and demands. This candidate should also really enjoy problem solving and enjoy collaborating with diverse internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Receive and initiate the intake process for new raw material shipments
• Adhere religiously to the company quality control procedures; inspect, evaluate, and sample raw materials for 3rd party lab analysis.
• Perform laboratory tests including preparative and analytical experiments.
• Document and report on test results, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Work under direction of QC Chemist/Lead to develop innovative solutions and products.

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or completion of a relevant program in Chemical Education from a Vocational & Technical School.
• Proven ability to work diligently and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Effective communication skills.
• Being able to work in a dynamic operational environment.
