Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position involves advanced clerical work focused on accounts receivable and payroll. The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports to the Accounting Manager or their designee and is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This role includes processing and monitoring incoming payments and receivables, as well as preparing and overseeing the payroll system. Providing these services promptly and accurately on a daily basis ensures the company's finances are up-to-date, staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner, and customer accounts are managed effectively.
Essential Job Functions
Must Have current QuickBooks Online experience.
Education, Training and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of five years of full-time experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and data processing. Proficient in using computer-based payroll and accounting software. Strong typing skills, 10-key proficiency, and computer literacy are essential.
