Job Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our company, representing our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. Your role is to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and foster a positive brand image through direct interactions with customers, participation in events, and social media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Brand Awareness:

  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other public engagements.
  • Distribute promotional materials and samples to potential customers.
  • Educate customers about the brand's products, services, and mission.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Answer questions and provide detailed product information.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to improve brand offerings.

• Sales Support:

  • Assist in driving sales through product demonstrations and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed set sales and engagement targets.

• Reporting & Feedback:

  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and promotional activities.
  • Suggest ideas for improving brand presence and engagement strategies.
