Server/Trainer

Duties:
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and change
- Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as needed
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Train new servers on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and change handling
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety guidelines is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
