Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Follow all sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform basic food preparation tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Cash handling experience and ability to accurately handle transactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for efficient order delivery
