Angels to Your Door is Hiring a Reception/Administrative Assistant Near Indianapolis, IN

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.

- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents.

- Provide administrative support to teams and staff members.

- Manage office supplies and inventory.

- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

- Open and close the office daily.

- Send anniversary and birthday cards.

- Keep files up to date.

- Notate occurrences in files.

- Help host, plan, and follow up with events as needed.

- Notify drivers of pickups.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent requires ass or bachelor's degree is preferred. -1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

(may vary depending on company needs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
