**Leakage Supply Delivery Technician**

**Circa 30,000 salary depending on skills & experience**

**12 month fixed term contract**

**Full time, 37 hours a week**

Our top priority is to find and fix any leaks in our system and to help customers plug leaks at home and at work too. Every day we have 300 people finding and fixing leaks and spend 14 million each year driving down leakage.

We are currently looking for 4 Leakage Supply Delivery Technicians, ideally two in the East of our region, one covering Norfolk and the other Suffolk and two in the west of our region covering Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.

Reporting directly to the Supply Delivery Manager you will support and assist the effective management of several supply areas. The primary focus of this role is the delivery of the businesss leakage target with the identification, quantifying and repair of leakage across the supply portfolio which includes storage points, treatment works and pumping assets. Key to achieving this objective will be the provision of an effective technical support service. You will lead and support the delivery of leakage identification with supply water loss champions ensuring any leakage is accurately measured and promote any necessary planning to ensure repairs are completed.

This role will work closely with the Area Delivery Managers on Optimisation projects across the areas in which you operate and enable operational teams to seek out their own opportunities to implement. You will also support the implementation of interventions that help reduce risk on our operational sites.

In providing support you will also lead the management of all site documentation across your area ensuring that site operating documents are updated when required and that site documents reflect reality. You will be the first point of contact for asset performance and condition data as well as responsible for updating and maintaining our asset records.

You will support in the delivery of enhanced maintenance solutions across water supply and ensure that asset data associated with our maintenance activities is accurate. You will be proficient in the use of SAP & IRIS to investigate and translate operational data to help deliver operational changes across our asset base and enable accurate Detailed view diagrams of our sites to be created
