While reporting to the Vice President & Branch Supervisor, the selected candidate will provide credit union members the best personal experience possible by conducting various types of financial transactions with a positive, sincere and warm-hearted demeanor. Responsibilities of this role include, discovering opportunities to save members time and money, and by recognizing opportunities to show them genuine, sincere appreciation. This individual will contribute to the Credit Union’s culture by bringing a positive attitude to work each day.

The qualified candidate will have:

• 1-2 years experience in customer/retail ideally within financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide members with an excellent customer service experience.
