We're seeking a dynamic Production Scheduler to lead our passionate fabrication and assembly teams!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials are available for production
- Monitor work orders, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate changes to the appropriate teams
- Utilize production planning tools and software systems to track progress and analyze data
- Collaborate with the procurement team for timely acquisition of materials
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements:

- Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, and demand planning
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to forecast production needs accurately
- Understanding of lean manufacturing practices
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments effectively
