ROLE SUMMARY: The Product Owner for Alchemy is the Product Manager responsible for development and curation of the NAZ data platform roadmap and prioritization backlog bringing data accessibility to the business end-users. Alchemy is the data platform upon which NAZ users depend daily for data consumption for insights, analysis, application and BI data modeling and is central to the zone’s data architecture and strategy. The position goals include breaking down information silos and eliminating inefficiencies across all functions of the business with the end objective of improving decision-making by centralizing NAZ data into a single data lake.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Oversee the development of Alchemy pipeline prioritization and enhancements.
  • Set and communicate the overall product vision, roadmaps and resources in a unified manner to secure alignment and approvals.
  • Partner with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements & roadmaps that will drive meaningful improvements for the company proactively.
  • Manage backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements while communicating trade-offs.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (usage, adoption, product performance, value creation)
  • Liaise with product team & end-users to deliver updates, leading storytelling to key stakeholder groups.
  • Map and Influence User Journey through deep knowledge of end users and business processes.
  • Facilitate adoption and drive NPS through feedback and continuous improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent field
  • 2 years of technical product management experience
  • Previous experience in financial planning and/or business strategy development.
  • Experience leading product vision, strategy, roadmap development, design
  • Experience working with multiple tech development areas such as Product Management, Wholesaler Tech, Engineering, Design/UX/UI
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Ability to autonomously influence stakeholders in challenging scenarios such as prioritization
