```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide administrative support to staff as needed ```Experience``` - Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
