Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and possess knowledge of veterinary practices and terminology.

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical histories
- Process payments and handle medical collections
- Provide support in animal care activities such as blood draws and vaccinations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of animal anatomy, veterinary terminology, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
- Proficiency in medical collection procedures is a plus
